Enjoy one on one personal attention from our trainer with as many staff present as you like. Two-hour minimum required in most cases. High-speed internet required.

We would be happy to come to you in person. Have as many staff present as you would like. If you opt for our trainer to come to you, additional travel fees apply outside of the Springfield Metro area (airfare, lodging, etc…). Contact Gavin for a quote – 866.890.6777. *Note: Staff must have a reasonable, working knowledge of the Windows Operating System or additional training time will need to be added. Staff must be generally knowledgeable about billing practices as a whole for training on the billing parts of the application.

Please Note

WTS’s training service is not intended to teach billing processes. WTS staff assumes that trainees already have a working knowledge of billing processes in place. This training service is intended to teach product functionality to trainees who understand general billing practices already. Follow up questions after your training session are  not part of the service. We highly recommend trainees make a concerted effort to take quality notes during the training session since no access to the trainer will be possible once the session is over. Session time slots will be dependent on available slots in the trainer’s schedule.
