Checking Patient Insurance Eligibility in Medisoft v25

Hello Medisoft users. A pair of client locations have stated that when checking the patient’s insurance eligibility in Medisoft v25, the verification process does not begin, but it will properly request eligibility if completed through Revenue Management. The reason has been found to be missing lines in various configuration files that are installed under C:\Medisoft\Bin. In most cases, if you uninstall all instances of Medisoft from your computer, delete the Medisoft\Bin folder, and reinstall Medisoft, then your issue will be resolve this issue. If you are unable to resolve this issue yourself, then you will need to work with your Medisoft reseller.
