IN attempting to install V12 on Laptop with Vista Operating system - after install complete message stating "problem during registration process with creation. try running application again. if problem presist contact support..."
any clue why this is not working?

Medisoft v12 only works with 32-bit Vista. If you have 32-bit Vista, then you need to download and install Medisoft v12 sp2 before it will work on Vista.
