We have found some security software such as Microsoft Security Essentials will flag Reports.exe as Malware and delete it. The solution is to switch to a different security software and then reinstall Medisoft v16 sp1 with hot fix. Then go through the check for updates off the start menu under Revenue Management.

The executable c:\medisoft\bin\rcm\reports.exe is intact. Also, Check for Updates option
in Start menu says
You already have the most recent version of revenue management installed
on your system.

Revenue Management itself is working fine, it is the Reports part of Revenue
Management which was working fine last week, not starting up anymore.
Nothing has changed since then.

Do you have security setup in Medisoft?
