Trizetto is a clearinghouse for electronic medical billing you can use with your Medisoft®. In most cases, Trizetto can have your claims submitter set up for processing in around 5 business days. With Trizetto’s Preferred Vendor program, with MedTech (WTS’s DBA name) as your Preferred Vendor, you receive WTS’s On Going Claims Troubleshooting for your Medisoft®/Trizetto claim issues. On-going support would be available with your subscription in 3 different ways: phone support through Trizetto, portal support through WTS, or phone support through WTS. Trizetto will fill out your payer enrollment forms for you and monitor your payer enrollments for you. Trizetto sets up a work list for you to work your rejected claims from within their web portal.
