Technical problems with Medisoft.

Recently, about 4 days ago the error message provided above has come up while trying to back up our system. The doctor and I are the only two people in our office provided with access to the system and he does not use the program daily. I have tried logging in to back up under both profiles, yet the message stays the same. Our computer has plenty of space for these back up files. Any ideas on what could be causing the issue?

Yes, a previous backup failed to complete normally. To fix this, look for a file called HotBackup.txt in \MediData. Delete this file and you should be able to run your backups again.
