Phantom Users still connected to EMR

We are all logged off, and we have rebooted all workstations. We also connect via RDP and have reset all RDP connections. We are still showing two users as being on the system.
We do procid, and they disappear for a few minutes, then reappear.
Where can I find the rogue program.
once I had a hung program stuck in my registry. I was able to find it using task manager.
If I turn off every workstation, will any rogue/hung sessions get removed from the task manager?

Answering my own question...... I rebooted each workstation and the phantom users disappeared. I think we have to emphasize shutting down with the red "X" and shutting off workstations at the end of the day to help clear out any rogue sessions.
