eMDs System Upkeep Impacting eMDs Plus, Lytec, Medisoft, and Mobile

In preparation for the publication of Medisoft Mobile 3.2 eMDs will be doing updates to our Lytec and Medisoft messaging services.

The new service will be obtainable in the early a.m. of Wednesday December 11 and should be automatically updated in your Medisoft and Lytec systems once you open the programs following that occasion.

The subsequent features will be briefly unobtainable Wednesday, December 11th between 2:00am - 6:00am your local database server's time.

• Lytec / Medisoft Mobile Apps

• Lytec Plus / Medisoft Plus Interface

• Medisoft Online Scheduling

Charges and other transactions must NOT be keyed into Plus throughout this time. Charges will vanish and you will not get notice that they did not go through. If using the Mobile Apps during the update you will get a link error communication and you will have to redo or log in once more. Patient/appointment communications from Medisoft/Lytec to Plus will retry till the service is reinstated.

This new service will produce numerous new features in Mobile accessible for Medisoft v24 along with a new ability to point where Medical History and other templates are kept in Mobile for Mobile 3.1 and 3.2 for both Medisoft and Lytec.
