Did you attempt to upgrade to v17 sp3.1? Try running Medisoft\Bin\MediUtils.exe and run the Repair Practice option. Your repeating appointment information might be lost, but could be recovered from a backup if you have one. If you need help recovering the repeating appointment information, you will need to work with a Medisoft Reseller who can do a data repair for you. We currently charge $200 for a data repair.

If you just downgraded, restore a backup from prior to the conversion and you should be good to go. If you did not make a backup, the conversion should have made an automatic backup in Medidata\ConversionBackups\v17. If you don't mind my asking, what problems did you have?

THE PROBLEM WITH SP3 IS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO ENTER TRANSACTIONS ON NEWLY CREATED PATIENTS. BASICALLY IT DOES LET ME TO BILL AND ENTER TRANSACTIONS ON FOLLOW UP PATIENTS, BUT THE NEW PATIENTS THAT I JUST ENTERED IN THE SYSTEM I CAN NOT ENTER ANY TRANSACTIONS.

The fix for that problem is to select Newest Case for Case Default in File -> Program Options -> Data Entry tab.
If you use Office Hours, it is still not recommended to go to service pack 3 because we are having major issues with disappearing appointments.
