scheduled task not working

We have automatic backup on our scheduled tasked every night, which worked just fine until we enabled mobile users. When ever we have mobile users enabled (but not logged in, only enabled in the advantage server ) scheduled tasks no longer work as it thinks someone is logged in. Is this normal and is there a work around?

You would need to either use a batch file or manually stop the mobile service.

yes I realize we can just re-configure the server options, but I was hoping there was a work around for making the automatic backup work as well as being able to work mobile. It's too bad Medisoft has so many glitches.
