Injury/Illness onset date not coming over to the Clearinghouse

Emdeon (clearinghouse) showed me how to view Tech View of claims about to be sent, DTP 431 is missing and not coming over via electronic claims. The injury date IS entered in the Condition tab, however.

This is an electronic claim issue specifically with work comp claims we are trying to send thru the clearinghouse.

Any help is much appreciated!

First, make sure the date you entered is valid. This is about the only place in Medisoft where the date field does NOT have a calendar control, so it is easy to mess up. Enter the date in MMDDYYYY format with NO punctuation!

Then in the Accident Related To field select Yes or Auto.
