Added a new insurance company. Made a full set up. Unable to send a claim. Checked Edi Receiver. Everything looks good.

No error messages. Claims are ready to be sent , but no claims created in revenue management.

I did as the matter of fact, I copied existing insurance. I just changed the address.

I would double check that the receivers have copied over as well.
