Revenue Management claims error

Revenue Management claims error

I keep getting this error recently :
[Missing Information (element)] Info is missing or invalid for Submitter Orginization Name or Last Name in Claim #1718 Source=[Script...] Using these fields:Receiver info, SubmitterName field., BillingService info, PracticeName field., Receiver info, UseBillingService field., Practice info, EntityType field., Practice info, PracticeName field., Provider info, LastName field., ANSI Ref=1000A_NM1_NM103

I ignore it and send the claim anyway and it's fine. Any suggestion on what I can do?

Edit the Receiver in Revenue Management and click in the Header Info column. Scroll down to the submitter name field and fill in the practice name or the billing service name. If your using a clearinghouse, they usually don't care about this field.
