Re-print remainder Statements

Post by SalJim71 » Tue Jul 04, 2017 5:45 pm

Is it possible to re-print an entire batch of remainder statements? I had a problem with my printer & the entire batch is useless. I need to re-print the entire batch.

OK, I figured this out. Select 1 statement from the batch that you want to reprint and click Re-bill Statement. When the Data Selection Questions come up, blank out the Chart Number range, Statement Number Range, and set the To date of Date of Last Statement Range to be today's date, but leave Batch Number Range filled out.

You might consider getting a Print-To-PDF print driver and print out to a PDF file first and save it somewhere so you can go back and reprint old statements if necessary.
