PATIENT LEDGER
I need to print out a quick ledger to prove timely filing to a carrier. On this particular account, it's only listing payments and entries and not the dates that billed the carrier or the patient. Is there something I need to check somewhere so that all the information regarding transactions are showing up on the ledger? Thank you! Ali

Alternatively, you can try printing the Insurance Payment Tracer report out of Claims Management.
