Cannot Get Medisoft to open on new computer

Cannot Get Medisoft to open on new computer

I have a new Windows 10 Pro desktop 64 bit, lots of memory. Installed V20 and the Hot Fix, but I can't get Medisoft to open. Either it craps out on me when I click the Medisoft icon OR if I hit F7 and enter and navigate to the data path, I click on the practice name, but don't get to a login screen...It stays frozen.

Help!!

Since you have support with us, call our office and get a ticket started. There are just too many things that interfere with Medisoft. Our techs can go through your system with you on this one.

Thanks...I did receive notice a few minutes ago that a ticket has been assigned to the Help Desk so hope someone can call this morning to help out with the issue.

It seems we couldn't figure this one out but there were other things wrong with your computer as well. Keep us posted if your new computer works any better.

Not sure what else was wrong with the computer since it was a brand new one, but I did just return it...not going to get a new one now, but when I do I might try a Dell instead of an HP (maybe something with HP interfered even though all non-Microsoft programs/services were disabled in an attempt to get Medisoft to launch).
