Now there are lulls in ePrescription communications nevertheless scripts are being processed.
eMDs Support has concluded through monitoring that ePrescription communication intervals from the Clearinghouse are lengthier than usual. The Clearinghouse system is still processing script, eligibility, and replenishment demands/reply communication and is now in the process of catching up to its usual communication interval however throughout this time you will see postponements in scripts making it to the dispensary.
At this time we there is no needed action as scripts are transmitting.

eMDs Support has been able to separate the processing issues to Medication History communications only and New Rx and Refill Responses are processing as anticipated. The Support and Engineering groups continue to investigate the root reason and solution for the Medication History processing postponements.
