Medisoft/Lytec RelayHealth Connectivity

Post by Gavin Walker » Fri Nov 11, 2016 4:53 pm

RelayHealth applied an SSL Certificate update November 10th 2016. This is producing issues with directing claims and getting reports for Medisoft and Lytec.

eMDs' development group is now working with RelayHealth support to decide the cause of the problem.

We will be posting added steps to update Java and how to manually direct claims and get reports, as rapidly as it is obtainable.

eMDs Development and Support groups toiled with RelayHealth Support and were able to conclude that the Java certificate must to be revised inside the RCM folder. You will need to contact your Medisoft or Lytec re-seller for the fix. If you transfer your RelayHealth support under us, then we can do this for you for FREE.
