Patient Name Change
The Chart ID is still based on her maiden name, and the claim entry person doesn't always remember the chart ID, which now points to the married name. Normally this would not be a big issue, but we have some recurring patient appointments spanning many moons.
I suppose I can change the patient ID in Power Tools, but then we lose the old Chart ID for good. Any suggestions appreciated.

Guess we'll slightly modify the workflow! Thanks for the tip.
