Search box and radio buttons are missing

When I go to my patient list, my search box is missing. The real problem is that the radio buttons next to the search box are also not there. The first patient name is right at the top and will not scroll down to see the search box.

I would start by installing the latest service pack for your version of Medisoft. Otherwise, if that doesn't get it, you'll probably need to work directly with a Medisoft reseller on this one.
