Error when customizing chart for site

A client getting an error: When clicking Maintence > Configure > Customise chart for site we get the following:

Error window: Module "pmsCicon" has no resource "0000"
While Initializing panel "Group6"...and several other panels.
Options are 'OK', 'TraceBack', and 'Abort'.

Recent upgrade from Medisoft 15 clinical to 16 clinical. All 9.4.
Correction, 15 was 9.3 which was upgraded with the Medisoft.

Tried to reinstall several times but that didn't work. Please help or point me in the right direction.

You'll have to work with your Medisoft Clinical reseller on this one.
