Config File Create Error

When attempting to send a claim electronically through Revenue Management I am getting a config file create error that seems to be related to permissions. I tried to attach a screen shot but it wouldn't let me do it. I tried a number of different file formats. We are using Medisfot v17.

The error states:

The following error occurred while creating the config file:

System.UnauthorizedAccessException:Access to the path 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Medisoft\BIN\RCM\infoExchange.prop' is denied.............

Medisoft requires "Write" rights for everything under the BIN folder. On Windows Vista or higher, everything under Program Files(x86) is read-only as a default. So, if this is Vista or higher, you can uninstall Medisoft and then reinstall it under the default folder of C:\Medisoft.

I just changed the permissions for the bin directory and it worked. Thanks again fir your assistance.
