v17 Toolbar icons reset to default all on their own

Why do the toolbar icons in v17 often reset to their default (showing all icons) at various times after I have removed all the unwanted icons?

This can happen if you install an update to Medisoft. This can also happen if you log onto Windows with a different user. If this is running under Remote Desktop Services on a Windows Server, then you need to install Medisoft using "Install Terminal Server App" function in Windows.

Thanks! I've not run any updates to v17 (not yet decided to upgrade to SP1) and I run MS on a stand alone PC, not a server, with me as the only 'user.' Can sometning else be causing this?
