Access Violation at address .....

I'm getting an access violation at address 00A7DDB6 in module "ohp.exe" .......

The problem so far seems to be on one workstation. They are running version 16 SP1. This error occurs as soon as I open Office Hours. I tried opening Office Hours on their server with no problems that I can tell.

Any ideas?

Is this Office Hours Pro? What operating system and service pack level?
