Report Server Error 7078

I upgraded to V17 last week and have been using the Report Server previously without a problem. But now with V17 when I try to run it I receive an Advantage Error 7078: The Advantage Database Server Cannot authenticate the user.

Nothing has changed except the Advantage upgrade on my server...Any ideas how to fix this? I received this error both on my desktop and when I tried to run Report Server on one of my terminal servers.

Hi Steve, did you purchase and install Medisoft Reports Pro v17 sp1?

This can be caused by a Login Name defined in Medisoft as "USER". To correct this, make sure you have at least one active level 1 Login Name defined in Medisoft and then delete out the "USER" Login Name.

I might have to pay you to look into this. I definitely have Level 1 users in each and every dataset and that's what I log in as for each dataset...and again it worked fine in Report Server for V16. Do you think if you connected to my desktop you could diagnose and fix it?
