Invalid floating point operation

Post by sandllr52 » Wed Mar 16, 2011 7:22 am

I have Version 9 sp 2 and I am trying to run a Payment Day Shhet with totals and it gets about 98% done and I get this message: invalid floating point operation. How do I get rid of that? I regularly do the file maitenence, and a anti-virus. This is the only place I get this message. The Dr would like his totals for 2010 and I can't get them for him. HELP HELP please.

There is a utility that I believe was installed with v9. You need to run c:\Program Files\Medisoft\Bin\FixPax. It takes a little longer to run than a file maintenance. Then you will need to review C:\program files\Medisoft\Bin\FixPax.log for any procedure/payment/adjustment codes that were deleted out of your system and set them back up.

Procedure Codes: og(box)caption
justment S

Unfortunately, you have data corruption and you will need to work with a VAR to repair your data. :(

Value Added Reseller. McKesson does not support your version of Medisoft.
