ERROR MESSAGE

HELLO,

I HAVE RUN INTO A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO SUBMIT MY ELECTRONIC CLAIMS. I GET TO THE SEND CLAIMS NOW PART OF THE PROSESS AND IT TRIED TO SEND THE CLAIMS THEN I GET THIS ERROR\"
ERROR: I/O error 32

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS ERROR IS AND H W TO FIX IT?

I THINK IT MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH MY PHONE LINE BUT AM NOT SURE.

I/O error 32 means \"SHARING VIOLATION\", in other words: you're trying to access a file which is in use by some other process (in your program or \"locked\" by another application).

Usually rebooting your machine and retrying will fix this.

If you are on version 11 or 12 and the problem persists, then you might try visiting our free Medisoft services packspage and installing the latest update for your direct module. :)
