box 32 on cms1500

In version 8 advanced, how do I change this box to print the address of the Place of Service Code. I use POS 11 for office and 12 for home visits. Currently the name & address of the facility where the client lives is printed in Box 32; Box 32 is blank when a client is seen in their home.

This item came up since Medicare has stated they must see the POS in Box 32 as of 1-1-2011.

Hi Donna Jo, you would setup the patient's address as the facility. Then select the facility at Case -> Account Tab -> Facility. That should get it for you.
