Error 000D165E

We are using medisoft 14 sp2 on a windows XP. My issue is the software on the server. I can still use the program if not log onto the server but not on the server. Error message states "Exception ERegistry Exception in module MAPA. EXE at 000D165E. Failed to set data for 'NDCMenuVersion' when trying to log on into medisoft.

I have tried to uninstall the program and reinstalling but it also gives me error message of it not being a complete download because I need to get permssion from administrator to config and then to rerun. I was under admin. when program was run. I do not understand.

Hi, are you trying to run Medisoft under Remote Desktop from the server? What operating system is on the server?

Yes, I am. What do you mean operating system? I am not computer literate. I do not know what that means.

I am guessing you need to reinstall Medisoft v14 sp2, but you say you got some error. If it is not possible to run the Medisoft install, then maybe you need to reinstall Windows first.
