In Transaction Entry, the Case field is not always accessible. It is sometimes "greyed out" preventing opening the Case for a particular patient and therefore preventing entry of transactions. Exiting the program & going back in sometimes works, other times it does not.

Can anyone help with this?

I can't say that I have seen this one. But, a bunch of transaction entry issues were fixed in Medisoft v14 sp2, so if you do not have that loaded, that is what I would try first.
