Office Hours V17 Multi-View won't stay as default view

In Office Hours V17, the multi view will not stick as the default view when opening Office Hours.

In order to resolve this, make sure the first provider in the provider drop-down (this drop-down is based off the mwphy table's primary index) is in the first column of the view. No other provider is required to be in the view, and the order of all other providers and columns in the view doesn't matter.

I've not confirmed if this is an issue in previous versions of Office Hours.

I am having trouble recreating this. It seems maybe if there is more than one multi-view setup, then Office Hours will not startup in the multi-view mode.
