Access Violation at address 0077D7CD

We are using V8 and I am getting an access violation when I run patient day sheet report and check the box show accounts receivable totals @ end of report. Access violation at address 0077D7CD.....any suggestions?

First make sure you have Medisoft v8 sp2 installed.

Then, make a backup.

Then run file maintenance running all recalculate balances, rebuild indexes, and pack data on all files. That usually fixes these errors.
