Having trouble with Encoder Pro?

If Encoder Pro fails to start up when you launch it from within Medisoft, maybe it is because you or another user logged into your computer at a higher resolution setting or with a larger monitor and closed Encoder Pro somewhere off the viewable area of your screen. Encoder Pro saves the previous screen position and defaults to that position the next time you start it up.

To correct the problem, set your screen resolution back to the higher resolution. Now when you start Encoder Pro you will probably notice the screen displays somewhere to the far right or down at the bottom of the screen. Drag Encoder Pro to the upper left-hand corner of the screen and then exit Encoder Pro. You may now reset your screen resolution back to your preferred settings and Encoder Pro should function normally again.
