Problems printing claims in Medisoft V 16

We have a dilemma on our hands!

We recently upgraded to version 16 of Medisoft and when we try and print out our HICFAS or CMS 1500's an error comes up saying that the Field Tax ID Indicator is missing. Have tried going into the report design and changing the "If, and, then print this" box with no luck. Can you advise us on what we aren't doing correctly? It would be much appreciated!!

Press F1 for help and look at the topic "What's New in Medisoft". Play careful attention to everything in BLUE highlight text. Those are items that must be setup before sending your first claims. Notably, you must make sure the PINs grid converted properly from the previous version of Medisoft. Make sure your Tax ID and NPI numbers are setup correctly on all PINs records. You must also do one of two things for your claim templates:

1. Start with the canned claim templates that came with Medisoft v16 and make any configuration changes that you need.

2. Take your claim templates and make all the field changes noted in F1 - Help.
