Try this: Right Click on your Windows Desktop and select Personalize.
Select Display
Select Smaller - 100% Default
Depending on your version of Windows, this might be the DPI setting.
I know it is weird, but this has worked several times.

Thank you for being soo helpful. One more question......I was told to upgrade my system to Windows 7 Ultimate, then Medisoft 16. It continually crashes and My tech guy states they are not compatible...... any ideas, suggestions? I really do appreciate your knowledge!!!!!

Medisoft v16 IS compatible with Windows 7 Ultimate! If yours is crashing, there is some other reason that is causing it. Did you install to the default location of c:\Medisoft? As a default Medisoft doesn't install to C:\Program Files\Medisoft because Windows security is too strict for that folder and Medisoft was never programmed to run with those restrictions. If you are having trouble running reports or if you have wacky dark-colored screens, then you need v16 sp1 hot fix from our
Medisoft service packs page.
