Cannot login...MS states "This user is already logged-in"

So our version of Medisoft crashed, and now it will not let us login. We get the following message.

"This user is already logged-in on another machine. Try again?"

We have had this issue before, and have only been logging in via our alternate username password and procrastinating a fix. Now we are completely logged out as both give this error message.

Restarting the cpu does not help or change error message. No one is logged in on another machine.

Reboot all computers. The error condition should clear itself out within 20 minutes. If that doesn't work, you will need to work with a VAR that knows how to use ARC32 to clear this error condition. We can fix this pretty quickly but you will need a support agreement with us.
