edit electronic claims

Hi Everyone
I am new to Medisoft (about 5 months) and not sure how to do this. After creating claims and reviewing them in Notepad, I see that the preauth number is not printing on my claims being sent to Emdeon. I have edited, in the custom report designer, the information I use to print a HICFA 1500. Is there a way to edit what information an electronic claim pulls from? I am working on Medisoft v15. Hi Roz, it sounds like you are trying to do a print image mapping with Emdeon. Box 23 usually comes from Case -> Miscellaneous Tab -> Prior Authorization Number field.
