V11sp3 Eligibility Check feature- How to turn it off?

A client has V11sp3and has recently begun getting a message on a failing eligibility check every time she logs into the practice. The client has multiple data sets and only receives it on one practice (or so I was last informed). I know Medisoft had an eligibility check feature in V11 but the client has never used it nor had the error until yesterday.

What is causing Medisoft to attempt the eligibility check and how can the error be cleared?

Go to Program Options -> Eligibility and make sure the Client ID field is blank.

If you don't see a Client ID field. I would try installing Medisoft v11 sp4.

But the client, a billing service, has been using sp3 for years with no trouble. They also only receive this in one data set.

The error references the MWEVS table. When I look in that practice's data there are the .adm and .adi for the MWEVS but there is no MWEVS.adt. However, if I look in one of the practices where the error does not occur I see a MWEVS.adt table.

Does the MWEVS.adt need replaced for this practice? Will that clear the error?

Replacing the MWEVS.adt file from a previous backup worked fine. The eligibility check error has been cleared.
