v16 SP1 hot fix will it fix get reports login failed error?

I am using Capario File Manager. Claims are going thru OK. I have installed the SP1 but not the new hot fix for v16. I can not get any reports. Get an error
"login failed" Capario can't fix it after almost two weeks. Will the hot fix fix this?

I assume you mean that you cannot get Capario reports. The Capario File Manager is not sold by McKesson, so therefore Medisoft v16 sp1 hot fix will not fix your issue.
