Medisoft V16 data conversion issue

Just got Medisoft V16 and can not convert my data from old version 6. Is there anyway to do it myself? Do not want to pay Medisoft an additional $900 to convert and set up! Thanks!

Your best bet is to install Medisoft Advanced even if you are using Medisoft Network Pro. Uninstall all prior versions of Medisoft (doing rollbacks) and uninstall anything related to Advantage. Make sure Advantage Database Server is stopped on the server and then covert the data with Advanced. We charge $190 to install your Medisoft and convert your data. We have found that sometimes you have to install intermediate versions of Medisoft to get it to convert. The v10 sp2 service pack is a full install on our website. You might also try converting to v10 sp2 Advanced as an intermediate step.
