Cannot create claim
I have problem creating claim for a particular patient.
The error message I get when I click on 'Create Claims' window for the patient's chart:
No new claims were created. If you expected some to be created,
check the following items:
1. The patient's case needs at least one insurance carrier.
2. The filter used to select transactions for claim
creation may be excluding all transactions that are eligible
to be placed on a claim.
3. The transaction needs at least one insurance carrier that is
responsible for payment.
The case associated with patient has insurance carrier information and the
same insurance company shows up in the associated transaction window
also.
I checked filter associated with claims window and there is nothing
excluding the claim from being excluded.
One thing special about this situation is patient is insured through spouse
whose appears correctly as guarantor in the case screen.
I am able to create claims for other patients.
Not sure if this is a problem with the software or something wrong with what I am doing.

1. Cash Case is unchecked.
2. Accept Assignment is Check on Policy 1, 2, and 3 tab.
3. Capitated Plan is unchecked on Policy 1 tab
If you have confirmed the above, then click save and then click Update All from transaction entry.
