Simple 837 updater tool

Seems like there is always something :( I am utilizing Simple 837 to send claims electronically. I am not able to view primary or batch before sending claims. I try to use the updater tool but it can't seem to locate it on the web. I was told my Micro Trend virus software may be the problem. I have tried shutting off Trend but it still won't work. Am I going to have to uninstall Trend completely?? There has got to be an easier way!!!

Hi Sandy,
You can try a manual update by doing the following:
  • - Go to http://www.simplesuite.net/update
    - Download the appropriate zipped program and version to you local computer
    - Copy the files of that zip file to c:\Program Files\Simple837. When copying the files, it should ask you to overwrite the existing files. Click on Yes to All.
