Medisoft Reports Error: Field "level 1" not found

TblPermissions: Field "Level 1" not found

Steps to fix it (you may not have to do step 1)
1. Delete the permissions table and recreate it by setting the auto create table property in ARC32. Starting up Medisoft will repopulate the table.
2. Rename the ReportDefs folder and let Medisoft recreate it when it starts up.
