Diagnosis Codes not showing on Ins Verification Report

I am having a problem with Diagnosis codes not showing up on th eDEI Primary Ins Verification Report. This is pretty random actually. Some patients have them, some don't. The same code could be on one patient and not on another. The EDI update 14.7.9.1 is causing this as I rolled back to our old version and the Diag codes were showing. The claims are not being rejected, and everything is correct on the ANSI sheet. We just want to be able to check to make sure that all info is correct before we submit our claims.

Well, it looks like you will need to decide which bug you want to live with because that is the last update that came out for the direct modules for Medisoft v14. The direct modules are now discontinued in favor of Revenue Management. I wrote an EDI verification report, but that will require either Focus Reports or an upgrade to your Medisoft.
