Medisoft v14 SP2 Vista trans entry totals won't load

I have done all updates and SP for Medisoft v14 and there is a glitch in the Transaction Entry screen. The case totals won't populate. The box is void of numbers except the last line "Account Total:".

I uninstalled and reinstalled v14 today to no avail. Is this a Vista Business software issue or Medisoft?

The other twist is Medisoft on the server works fine, it is just on a networked computer that this problem occurs.

Hi Deanna, look in the lower left corner of the Transaction Entry Screen. Make sure Calculate Totals is checked.
