Printing more than 1 copy of a report from Medisoft

When I check 2 copies I still only receive 1. Only doing this with Medisoft

Which report exactly and what version of Medisoft? I know there is a bug in the walk-out-receipt that causes only one copy to print.

Hi Gavin, I am using Medisoft 16. All the reports in medisoft are only printing 1 copy at a time.

I just printed a Patient Day Sheet. I did a preview to screen first. Clicked the Printer Button. Selected my printer. Rolled the number of copies up to 2. It printed a four page report twice. Which report are you running exactly? Are you previewing to the screen first or printing straight to the printer?

I have tried to print statements and claims. All it will do is 1 copy.

OK, I have confirmed the bug in Medisoft v16 as well as some older versions of Medisoft.

The only work around I can suggest for now is to download and install a PDF printer driver such as PrimoPDF. Print to PrimoPDF. Then open the PDF document and print multiple copies from there.

I'll post back when I learn a solution to this problem.

I'm also having this issue with v15, specifically with printing superbills. Any solution?
