I am receiving an error when I submit claims through Simple 837 module. Error: The "Program File" field for this receiver needs to be specified. When I go into Medisoft/EDI Receivers it is specified. What else could it be?

Hi Sandy, check that the software is registered. I have not personally used Simple837, but SimpleERA required that you register the software before it would function. After you have had a chance to use the software for a while, please post back your experience with Simple837. I am curious to learn how it went and I am sure others would like to know as well.

Are you using Capario 837? If so, I had this exact same problem and exact same error message that Capario IT could not resolve. I looked at how my v 12 was set up with Capario and then went in and added all the red Capario icons to the bin folder and made sure that the exe extensions were hidden. This worked for me. Are you using Capario 837?
