Printing custom superbills

Hi,
When we try to print custom superbill for a specific appointment in Office hours client, we get the message: "Only one person can create a superbill at a time". We have multiple terminals in the office, so we have to wait and try again. Is there any way to fix this issue? (Using Medisoft V21)

Sorry that is a limitation of Medisoft. If you print it from Reports > Print Superbills rather than Reports > Custom Report List, then sometimes you will have slightly better luck, but it will still be an issue. If you have your staff exit the Print SuperBills function as soon as they are done, then that will free it up so that someone else can run it.
