Medisoft Advanced V27 Error

Occasionally, we will get this error when trying to log into Medisoft Advanced 27.

Exception:MSLServiceApi.Call2 - no helper method

When we enter login username and password correctly, it gives an error and won't allow a successful login, even when we restart the computer.

Our solution is to open MA and closed it four times in a row to clear the log in block.

Any ideas what is causing this or a fix?

Found a solution on Youtube.

Go to Task Manager in Windows and select eMDsMSLService as you will see it is "Stopped". Just restart it so it is "Running" and you should be able to log in to Medisoft.
