Error code: Facility is required and is empty

When trying to send electronic claims, I have 6 claims that keep giving me a warning error, that being; Facility is required and is empty.
I have made sure each patients record under the accounts tab has the proper facility for the claim.
I have tried everything I can think of but the warning still isn't clearing. The facility is for a hosp and hospital codes were used for a doctor visit.
Please can you help.

Hi Gayle, in Transaction Entry, click the dot (.) in the upper left corner of the Charge grid and add the Facility to your charge grid, and make sure the facility is selected in there. If you change the facility, you will be prompted to removed the charge from any existing claim. So you'll need to delete your claim and recreate it.
